You possess the relevant and valid certification (e.g., Firearm Certificate, Shotgun Certificate, or Registered Firearms Dealer number) for any restricted items purchased.

2. Sales of Firearms and Ammunition

Firearms and ammunition are not sold or shipped directly to customers via the website.
All transactions involving licensed items must be completed in person, or through a registered firearms dealer (RFD) transfer.
Proof of certification must be provided and verified before any such sale is finalized.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice.
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In such cases, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders placed through the website are considered an offer to purchase. Acceptance will be confirmed by email or phone.
Payment must be completed in full before collection or dispatch of goods.

5. Delivery & Collection

Firearms and ammunition can only be collected in-store or transferred to an RFD.
Non-restricted items (e.g., accessories, apparel, optics) can be shipped via standard courier services.
Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Firearms and ammunition are non-returnable unless faulty, as per UK law.
Returns on accessories and non-restricted items are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Custom or special orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Brass Recycling

Maximum 1kg of brass per box of ammunition. We reserve the right not to accept brass based on condition.

8. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct and legal use of all items purchased.

9. Website Usage

All content on the site, including images and text, is the property of Steelfoot Firearms and may not be used without permission.
You may not use the site for any unlawful or harmful activity.
