About the event

About the Event

UK shooting has one of the strongest safety records of any outdoor sport, built on a culture of responsibility, professionalism, and continuous training. Incidents are exceptionally rare, thanks to well-established range procedures, experienced instructors, and the commitment of shooters across the country to maintain the highest standards of safety.

The Critical Bleed Control Course builds on that tradition. This

practical, hands-on session gives participants the skills and confidence to respond effectively in the unlikely event of a serious bleeding injury. Attendees will learn how to recognise catastrophic bleeding, apply tourniquets correctly, use haemostatic dressings, and manage an emergency until professional help arrives.

By adding this training to your skillset, you not only enhance personal competence but also help strengthen the UK shooting community’s long-standing, exemplary safety culture.
